You can redeem the voucher when booking accommodation on our website. When completing the booking, enter the voucher code and its value will be deducted automatically. Only one voucher can be used per reservation.
How long is the voucher valid?
A GoGlamp gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The booking must be made within this period.
Can I use the voucher for a stay that costs more than the voucher value?
Yes, you can pay the difference when completing the booking.
Can the voucher be used for other services than accommodation?
The voucher is intended for accommodation bookings and additional services.
Can I use the voucher at places outside Czechia?

Do I have to stay within the voucher validity period?
You need to make the booking before the voucher expires, but the stay itself can take place later.
